Private Sector is not Fine Thanks to Continued NLRB Ambush & Micro-unions

Despite President Obama’s talking points, it seems all is not fine in the private sector. Recently, Obama’s rogue NLRB concocted more schemes targeting businesses and hindering job creation. In it’s latest ambush on American business, the NLRB instituted a new rule calling for micro-unions — two or more individuals in the same department of the same store forming a union. This ruling presents a myriad of problems, but most glaring is the amount of time and resources job-creators will have to solicit in order to wade through this swamp of bureaucracy and regulations. Not to mention, these unions will limit choices for individuals hoping to learn a new skill or transfer to a new department with the same employer.
