Obama Plots His Second Term With Big Labor Boss
The Obama Administration and its appointees on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) have worked overtime to enact new laws and regulations that make it easier to force workers into unions. Whether we’re talking about the Employee ‘Forced’ Choice Act, micro-unions, ambush elections, allowing union bosses to access workers’ personal information, or any of the other initiatives undertaken by unelected government bureaucrats in Washington, it’s clear that as far as President Obama is concerned, what Big Labor wants, Big Labor gets. Ambush Election Vote: Senators Either Stand With Small Business Owners Or Big Labor Bosses
It is a breathtaking overreach that completely ignores the will of both employees and employers. The NLRB, which is stacked with members who have direct ties to Big Labor, decided last year to completely ignore the will of the majority who submitted 65,000 comments largely in opposition to undoing decades of Board law in favor of ambush elections.
